**Location**:- Jakarta- Jakarta**Work Type**:- Full Time- 5 years experience as cost control/quantity surveyor, specifically in High Rise Building or Project Construction- Strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting- Good understanding and awareness of civil, mechanical, and electricalWe are now seeking a position as a Cost Control** Manager** who will handle the following key responsibilities:- Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections of capital expenditure- Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure best price and specification- Working seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external- Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers- Working seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external- Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs- Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures- Managing supplier relationships to ensure that the company is receiving quality products at competitive prices- Engaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyor contracts- Perform and manage tender activity scheduling and monitoring- Manage and coordinate complete financial cycle such as vendor purchase orders, cost proposals and invoices- Assist in developing reporting tracking tools and generates cost reports on regular basis including evaluation of earned value- Validating the final award amount and scope based on contract documents including schedule- Supporting the construction team with project close-out and final paymentsWe expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:- 5 years experience as cost control/quantity surveyor, specifically in High Rise Building or Project Construction- Strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting- Good understanding and awareness of civil, mechanical, and electrical- Excellent verbal and written English- Min Bachelor degree in Engineering/Construction Management/FinanceIf you meet the requirements, let's make a connection by sharing your latest CV and Resume.
