Job Description:- Manager maintains relationship with vendors or suppliers and negotiates contracts for major purchases.- Manages all Tender activities and establishes strategic purchasing and cost processes and procedures.- Evaluates and analyzes purchasing trend and price trend to identify forecasting demand and minimize purchasing costs.- Handle all Tender.Requirement:- Have experience in engineering bidding and be familiar with engineering list templates.- Familiar with local bidding laws and regulations, and have experience in general and subcontracting bidding and procurement.- Supplier management experience and certain resources- Strong reading and writing skills in Chinese, which can be used as a working language.- Have experience minimum 4-5 years.- Bachelor's degree.**Salary**: Rp13,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month**Language**:- mandarin (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/25/2024
