**Corporate Legal Associate****Description**:- Provide legal support and advice on corporate matters, including contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.- Participate in negotiations and discussions with external parties, such as clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.- Assist in managing corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder meetings, and regulatory filings.- Handle legal correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders.**Qualification**:- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent- Work Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of experience in corporate law or related field- Skills: Strong legal research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team- Characteristics: Ethical, professional, organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively**Required Skills**:Legal Research Corporate Governance Analytical Skills Regulations Vendors Education Research Documentation Communication
