Responsibilities
• Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures for IT Infrastructure• Design and implement Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery strategy• Manage and report on project status, risks, and issues• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners• Manage IT assets, procurement, budgeting, and cost control• Drive continuous improvement and provide support and mentorship• Interact effectively with stakeholders• Lead and manage remote teams in a collaborative environment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering or related field• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role• Extensive experience in developing and enforcing standards and procedures• Experience in day-to-day operations and running enterprise services• Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in network appliances• Familiarity with Cisco devices and Windows server administration• Basic knowledge of Linux server administration and ITSM tools• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
