This role, Commercial RRP Executive is responsible to develop strategic recommendation that related to our smoke free product to help guide decision making process for short, mid and long term strategic planning. Your Day to Day... 1. Create clear guiding principles for new initiatives and processes 2. Develop initiatives to optimize revenue / cost drivers and formulate business plan 3. Build and maintain business performance analysis and prepare reporting for management purpose 4. Proactive collaboration with wider Commercial team to consistently identify gaps and provide strategic input to internal stakeholders. Who we're looking for... - Bachelor degree holder (S1) from Computer Science, Product Design, or other related majors - FMCG/Technology industry with business/corporate strategy background - Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal - Good sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making - Structured and excellent analytical thinking with curiosity to learn - Strong business perspective to drive strategic recommendations - Ability to adapt to a changing environment - Excellent collaboration and communication skill
