Work closely with our strategic partner in Indonesia to run and expand.Negotiate agreements with partners and manage, review and renew such agreements as required to maximize business interests.Coordinate marketing activity with our partners (International)Formulate and implement an account penetration, -management and -growth strategy and plan that maximizes sales and profits.Drive the business development to develop performance targets for key merchants/contents.Identify business opportunities and work with global business development team to develop product requirement specifications to capture the business opportunities.Develop long-term partnerships within the games and entertainment industry to drive business opportunities.Continuously monitor the market development.Other duties as assigned.Bachelor's degree or similar in related field.5+ years of experience in sales or business development in gaming/ digital content/ payment service industry.Track record of successful channel acquisition and business development.Strong network of contacts in the payment service and/or games industry is prefered.Good analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, to provide business insights and develop strategies to counter challenges and grow new businesses.Experience in working with international partners and multi-countries partnerships.Excellent team player, especially in working with global team experience.Leadership capabilities to drive, motivate and chart new business direction.Proactive personality with strong planning and organizational skills.Highly adaptable to changing environment and business landscape.Fluent in english
