Campaign Operation Associate

**Description**:**What You Will Do**- Ensure that all tasks are delivered on time and within the scope- Manage changes to the campaign scope and campaign timeline- Assist in the campaign inventories and involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility- Report and escalate to lead as needed- Perform risk management to minimize campaign risks- Perform other related duties as assigned- To confirm date availability to all channel owners and align with the Relationship Manager (RM) team- Work with RM on production timelines to ensure timely deliverables, approvals and launch.- Coordinate with RM for placement details & requirement- Perform quality control for Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) from RM or create MRD (if needed) and share to creative & channel owner- Help to QC the creative asset before submitted to channel owner- Work closely with channel owner- Evaluate review and value propose barter from Brand- Coordinate with channel owner and ops for Tokopedia airing proof asset- Request and align with creative for Campaign guideline**What This Role Needs**- Working experience min 1 year, in e-commerce, operations, or agency is an advantage- Project management skills- Working experience in Operations & Agency from reputable university with strong background and interest in Advertising, Communication, Media, or Marketing- Internship background in project management or a member of a past organizational group- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work individually and in team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**IMPORTANT**:
