Business Process Improvement Officer

You will report directly to Business Process Improvement Department Head of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, one of the top 5 general insurance companies in Indonesia. We have strong financial performance that recognized through A- Stable Outlook status from a reputable credit rating agency in the world, AM Best.You will join with a diverse team with us and enjoy the dynamic of a public company that playing an important role in managing risk management for many top companies in Indonesia.**Responsibilities**:- Leads process workouts to identify and document existing business processes, propose enhancements to business processes that improve efficiency and boost productivity.- Assists individual project managers in obtaining prioritization for their projects including help in establishing plans and goals.- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure.- Work with Project Manager to participate in a post-project audit to ensure the process is improved for the next project.- Evaluate existing business processes to understand their efficiency and effectiveness.- Collaborate with stakeholders to design new and improved processes using best practices.- Explore technology solutions to automate and optimize processes.**Qualifications**:- Min. Bachelors degree (any major) preferably in Business- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Fluent in English with min TOEFL >450 or TOEIC >550- Having Strongly skilled in the process flow documentation and literature- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with detail oriented
