The job is based in Cileungsi, Bogor, Indonesia.**Responsibilities**- Identify and target new business opportunities in the industrial sector, focusing on building materials, to expand our market presence.- Develop and execute strategies to engage specifiers, architects, designers, and other key decision-makers to ensure our products are included in projects.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, specifiers, and industry stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, and translate them into actionable business plans.- Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business deals and partnerships.- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential projects, track progress, and report on sales and business development activities.- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, showcase our products, and stay updated on industry trends.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience in the building materials or related industry.- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the industrial sector with a focus on building materials.- Experience in specifier engagement, with the ability to understand and meet the unique needs of architects, designers, and specifiers.- Strong network of contacts within the building material industry and specifier community is advantageous.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value of our products and secure new partnerships.- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted strategies.- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets while effectively managing time and priorities.- Willingness to travel to industry events, client meetings, and other relevant activities as needed.- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
