**Pasxcel is seeking talented team players committed to pushing the boundaries and assisting in developing the business.****Responsibilities include**:- Handle all the initial leads on Demand- Qualify the leads to get on a sales call- Handle follow-up and prospecting stemming from marketing campaigns.- Coordinating follow-up with the Marketing team on incoming leads- Nurturing leads to quantifiable opportunities- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume aligned with strategic objectives.- Utilize Social Media Channels (LinkedIn, Insta, Website, others ) to connect with potential Prospects- Promote marketing content - set up related meetings.- Successfully setting up meetings and/or calls for the Sales team**Qualifications**:- A minimum of three (3) years in a similar position or related field- Bachelor's degree is preferred- At least 1-2 years of some selling experience (handling remotely)- Outgoing and motivated personality with a sales/growth-oriented drive- Proven ability to successfully negotiate and persuade others in a tactful, diplomatic, and professional manner.- Proven ability to set goals, plan and manage projects through execution, mitigate risks, and calculate cost and time expenses.- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.- Professional demeanor.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9.30 - 6.30 pmSalary : RM2,500 - RM 3,000Benefits: Professional Development / Performance Bonus / Career Growth Opportunities /Work Remotely**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
