Promote and sell the drilling tools (drill pipe, in-the-hole tools, casing, bit), and all parts of exploration drilling rig- 2. Strong in knowledge and market of exploration (coal, mineral, geothermal, oil and gas)- 3. Develop and update various parameters in specific marketing tools e.g market analysis, change analysis, competitor analysis, company analysis, and customer analysis- 4. Work closely with Regional Business Line Manager of Surface Division in terms of planning, executing, evaluating, and improvement for each project- 5. Build an overall regional & global strategy to reach OreBody Solutions, Surface Division goal for sales and margins in the region for exploration consumables- 6. Act as a facilitator between the Epiroc Surface Division Product Company (PC) and the Customer Center (CC) to enable a smooth business process, providing technical information and pricing related to exploration consumables- 7. Help developing the marketing and communications strategy for the region, including recommendations for product and distribution channels- 8. Analyze forecast input from the region and give input to supply chain (participle to S&OP monthly meetings)- 9. Play an active role in Exploration branch regionally, build a network with industry influencers, experts and customers- 10. Develop strategy for key accounts, develop relationship with decision makers, and build price lists- 11. Assist the Credit team with receivables- 12. Prepare reports on activities, new opportunities, and forecasts for internal stakeholders- 13. Regular report regarding technical analysis, STV analysis of marketing, and regular reporting in territory management- 14. Collaborate and get highly involved in maintaining the right level of inventory- 15. Look for the synergies in growing market share and customers grip packing together capital with consumables business- 16. Organize trainings to fill the gaps and build competencies and support planning technical trips- 17. Willing to work in cross-division (Tools and Attachment, Parts & Services, Operations/Branches, Finance and Accounting, Logistic/SCM, HR, Support)- 18. Good interpersonal skill in communicating all of the relevant needs, red flags, activities, problems, mitigate risk and seek the alternative solution for each problem and work together in cross-division with well-managed and proactive-manner in project management- 19. Willing to travel for business trip to develop and maintain the customer in the assigned territory**Qualifications**:**Education and Experience**:1. Minimum Bachelor in Engineering or Business Faculty- 2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in mining exploration (preferably coal and mineral business)**Technical Knowledge and Skill**:1.
