We are headquartered in Singapore with offices in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Japan.Elite Asia would like to invite passionate talents to join this 3-month internship program, in which you will HORN YOUR WORKING SKILLS IN A FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT AND GAIN EXPOSURE WORKING WITH MULTI-NATIONAL TEAMS.**Major Job Responsibilities**:- Assisting Sales Team to create opps, quote, project and work order in Salesforce- Assisting Sales Team to do wordcount/transcription report.- Assisting Sales Team to do registration vendor with client.- Liase with interpreter for availability and confirmation for the assignment request by client.- Preparing monthly claim form for government agencies assignment- Other administrative work if needed.**Requirements**:- **Fluent in English**:- Open for undergraduates (final semester) & fresh graduates- Passionate in Sales- Comfortable with a customer service role- Good communication skills and proactive- Good internet surfing skills and Ms Office file handling skills are an advantage (pre-production on source file word count, mail merging, etc)- Available for 3 months internship**Benefits**:- 100% WFH- Full English environment- Working experience in multi-national teams- Professional networking- E-certificate + Monthly Allowance**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 4 monthsApplication Question(s):- What is your proficiency in English?- Are you available for 4 months internship?
