**Job brief**We're seeking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to assist us grow our clients. You will be the face of the company and will be committed to developing and implementing a successful sales strategy.The objective is to promote long-term financial success by increasing revenue and developing strong relationships with clients.You will also be in charge of developing, managing, and implementing an E-Commerce strategy to increase client acquisition and growth for B2C and B2B E-Commerce enterprises across Indonesia.**Responsibilities**- B2B business development: Generating new leads and clients. Researching the market and identifying new business opportunities. Maintaining and developing client relationships.- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align e-commerce goals with overall digital communication and strategy.**Requirements**:- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field- Proven working experience of a minimum 3 years as a business development manager, sales executive or in a relevant role, preferably in the e-commerce space- Proven sales track record- Experience in customer support is a plus- Market knowledge- Communication and negotiation skills- Ability to build rapport- Time management and planning skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contractContract length: 12 months**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 2 years (required)- B2B Business: 1 year (preferred)- E-commerce B2B: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 03/27/2024
