Business Development Analyst

Financial modelling- Evaluation of various feasibility study often involving technical matters, therefore techno-commercial skill is required- Sourcing for market study in public domain to do commercial due diligence for proposed project- Preparing presentation deck for project pitching to the management- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation in relation to business development activities (i.e. terms sheet, MOU, JV Agreement, Sale & Purchase Agreement)- Preparing information memorandum- Financial due diligence- Coordinating for full due diligence process (financial, tax, legal, operational, commercial)Job Requirements:- Min Bachelor Degree in Finance, Management or equivalent- Having min 3 years of working experience in Business Development Analyst- Having experience in KAP- Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person."
