Business Center Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Lead department manufacturing process to meet required output and quality level. Operates to a Business plan set up together with all BC members. Administrator company policies and system to assure compliance. Maintain employee relation system. Manager statistical system and SPC to assure product quality and customer satisfaction. Plan and coordinate courses of action to meet future needs goals and objectives. Maintain and further develop professional supervisory management to effectively control and advance operations. Develop and manage a safe work environment through improvement, awareness, and proactive approaches. Utilize and encourage employee involvement. Develop team atmosphere. Maintain standard “Hospital Clean” Housekeeping. Ensure that all employees are well trained and certified for their responsibilities.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Production Department with tire manufacturing industry Knowledge: Personnel management manufacturing system, specification, machine basic operation Managerial Skill: Change agent, strong personality, believer, motivated, good listener Technical Skill: Good interpersonal skills, convincing skills, good oral and communication skills Personal Characteristic: High integrity, energetic, enthusiastic, insistence, initiative, creative, smart and hard-working individuals
