**Company**: TaxPrimeAs a Budget Control for TaxPrime, you will be responsible for providing crucial financial data to the Finance Head and Management for budget forecasting purposes and annual revenue targets. You will play a key role in maintaining and monitoring the company's budget, ensuring that expenses align with approved budgets, and providing recommendations for fund allocation.**Responsibilities**:Gather and provide accurate financial data to the Finance Head and Management to facilitate budget forecasting for the next fiscal year and determine the company's annual revenue targets.Record and maintain all approved budgets for each department in the Budget Report worksheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.Analyze and evaluate the budget status report for each department, and provide recommendations to the Finance Head regarding transactions and use of funds requests based on the budget status.Monitor and record all expenses, ensuring that the amounts align with known activities and are within the approved budgets.Prepare a final list of reimbursement expenses for proforma and invoicing purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Continuously monitor the status of budget spending and activities, providing regular updates to the Finance Head and alerting them to potential deviations or concerns.**Requirements**:Strong computer skills, including proficiency in developing spreadsheets and creating infographic reports, are essential for this role.A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management is required, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting processes.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with different departments and stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as a team.
