**Breeding Nursery Manager****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Establish seed production and processing facility for Breeding in Indonesia- Deliver aligned seed targets with right quality of hybrid and inbred seed to stakeholders- Handle seed processing, packaging and domestic distribution- Collaborates with Breeders, Scientist and Planning managers to meet the hybrid and nursery crop cycle- Coordinate and support Plant Variety Protection (PVP) related activity for Indonesia pipelines- Handle site and nursery operation, compliance and safety- Supervise Research Assistants and Field crews in operation and work through their development plans- Contribute to operational effectiveness through optimization of nursery rows, labor and land usage- Focus on field quality, ensure seed targets and capture right data as needed- Maximizing the implementation of IT tools and drive mechanization.- Adherence to all Heath, safety and environment procedures, ISO, regulatory and compliance protocols, and business conduct protocols**WHO YOU ARE**- BS/MS degree in Plant Breeding, Agronomy, seed science or other relevant agricultural sciences- Require strong industry experience; seed R&D, plant breeding, seed production- Have a digital mindset, ready for seed automations and digitalization- Ability to influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase performance- Proven record of strong results orientation with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously- Ability to build relationships and partnerships within and outside the organization**Application Period**:- 23 November - 6 December 2023**Reference Code**:- 807415**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Indonesia : Central Java : Klaten || Indonesia : Central Java : Semarang || Indonesia : East Java : Mojokerto || Indonesia : East Java : Surabaya**Functional Area**:- Production&Manufacturing**Position Grade**:- R13**Employment Type**:- Permanent Employment**Work Time**:- 40 hours**Contact Us**- Address- Telephone- E-MailMenara Astra, Lantai 33Jl.
