About the Branch Sales Head (General Insurance - AM) Role:
This position will be reporting directly to the respective Branch Manager and is responsible for setting the company's direction in the agency's sales side, including marketing strategy and revenue stream.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop agency strategy to maximise revenue from individual, small to large insurance agents
Decide on the sales and marketing strategy to achieve target
Manage and nurture the team members
Liaise with internal departments to ensure all sales activities are smooth and according to plan
Manage good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To succeed in this Branch Sales Head (General Insurance - AM) role, you must have a strong network of general insurance agents locally, a good knowledge of the insurance industry and great interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Minimum of five years' of experience in the general insurance and manage agents directly
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Bahasa and English
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, persuasion skills, task-oriented, and strategic thinking
