Branch Manager (Sme)

Responsible for achieving branches profitability target.- Build a predetermined regional network, including generate leads for partnerships and SME financing that includes qualifying leads, retaining, and expanding existing relationships.- Identify business opportunities and create promotional activities to increase sales.- Assume the role of leader, monitor daily activities, provide go to market strategy and ensure its execution.- Evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collections on regular basis.**Requirements**:- Minimum 5 years of experience in SME or Commercial Banking in managing branches.
