SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:Reporting to the Nishimura Manager, this position will be overall responsible for the administration and operations of the Nishimura Restaurant (authentic Japanese F&B outlet). He / She will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure guest satisfaction.**REQUIREMENTS**:Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered.Fluent in English (oral and written).Ability to speak Japanese and understanding of traditional Japanese culture will be advantage.Degree / Diploma in F&B / Hospitality management.Minimum 02 (two) years of solid experience in the same capacity at restaurant in luxury hotel brand or reputable authentic Japanese restaurant.A dynamic personality with a strong leadership and motivating skill.Excellent knowledge of F&B Management.
