This, in turn, will pave the way for a more productive and sustainable workplace.**HR Supervisor****Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management or Economics.- Minimum 5 years of work experience in manpower planning & recruitment, learning & development and performance management areas.- Have professional work experience related to corporate university and/or corporate training centre management.- Have strong analytical ability and high attention to details.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.**Main Job Description**:- Human resource planning and its activities.- Assist and facilitate in learning centre development plan.- Assist, coordinate and collaborate with other departments and/or subsidiaries and/or affiliates (related to human resource activities).- Managing HR administrative works.
