Associate Product Manager

Requirements:- Bachelor degree or above, minimum 2 years of experience in Fintech, Buy Pay Later, loan products, or working experience in banking, consumer finance, and other financial institutions are preferred.- **Fluent in English & Mandarin ( MANDATORY)**:- Be able to independently undertake key business indicators, have strong business sense and front-end product innovation design capabilities, and continuously improve product-related process transformation and product experience.- Passionate about discovering and researching business models and future trends of financial products and industries.- Familiar with financial policies, laws, and regulations.- Have good logical thinking ability and data insight ability, and have enthusiasm for product work.**Job Description**:- Responsible for the design of consumer installment financial product system, customer process, and internal operation process, familiar with the credit middle and back-end product matrix, understand the business logics and related systems of risk control, and be responsible for customer experience and efficiency.- Design and monitor key data indicators, continue iterative improvement, analyze the effect of the plan, and improve the path conversion rate.- Optimize the market adoption, collect and research market financial products, develop innovative suggestions and explorations.- Project management, coordinating resources across departments, driving the efficient cooperation of each team, and promoting business products to achieve goals.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
