Your day to day Ensure the all security personnel as well as hotel's staff are adhering to P&P and security procedures Oversee the security department including layout of security personnel and their detailed and regular training Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by providing quality guest services. Organise patrolling of all boundary areas, bedrooms, offices, storage areas, public areas, and function rooms Implement the hotel policies and procedures and advise Superiors and Human Resources of action taken Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements Adhere to the timelines for carrying out the required Fire drill sessions/First Aid trainings as established by the local law.
