Job Description:

Principle Accountabilities:
Reporting to Senior Manager, Program Development this position is responsible for gathering/collecting and managing data of sales force, sales, and training. This include the following:
Report the data and compose the analysis. Provide recommendation for training to support sales. Provide Multimedia (flyers, videos) to support training activities Provide support to other strategic initiatives as assigned Lead and/or participate in corporate projects as assigned Design training materials, slides, wording, scripts, and media needed. Cooperate with Training Program & Curriculum to provide recommendation to develop training material based on the analysis.
