Area Sales Manager - East Indonesia

Location: Makassar, SulawesiGoodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Kerr Bianca BeechSponsorship Available: NoRelocation Assistance Available: No**Primary Purpose of the Position**:Direct, plan, implement and control the sales and marketing programs with all respected Fleets, retailers and possible distributor assigned to attain assigned sales objectives for both commercial and consumer tire, to obtain Goodyear's desired market share, in accordance with the guidelines set by Fleet Development Manager to generate fleet and sales growth and maximize profit.**Responsibilities**:- Develop the size of fleet and it's profiling and ensure GY SOB increment in his respected region.- Ensure using GY Sales Way method in the sales visit activities- Monitoring competitor's market price and activities and reports to the management.- Coordinate with GY Distributor sales team and technical team by doing more fleets visit and part of coaching.- Responsible for Fleet sales quota achievement in accordance to the prior quota agreement and also responsible for market share achievement which already has been accepted.- Developing new Fleets potential opportunities and improving markets share by contacting government, companies, fleet users and project in each region.- Improving Goodyear image by displaying proper character, anti corruption, good judgement and ethics in both personal and business life.- Responsible for controlling field selling expenses related to his area operation- Selecting and developing self-personal to achieve the highest degree of professionalism and productivity**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor degree required- 2 years experiences in fleet and retail business- Basic Tire, Product and Business Process Knowledge- Sales and Marketing Knowledge- Interpersonal, communication, influence and impact- Leadership skill (Motivating, Coaching, Delegating)- English proficiency (oral and written) and computer literate
