Area Collection & Recovery Manager (Solo)

Take charge of implementing strategy and managing collection activities across branches in the specified area.- Create and oversee collection strategies, and track progress across branches.- Monitor the collection performance and cost efficiencies of all branches.- Be accountable for achieving collection targets across branches.**Requirements**:- At least a Bachelor's Degree.- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role focused on Collection and Recovery within financial institutions.- Must exhibit excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as strong mathematical abilities.
