Financial Manager

Manage the accounting function in processing financial data and information to produce financial reports needed by the company in an accurate and timely manner.- Coordinate and control the planning, reporting and payment of corporate tax obligations to be efficient, accurate, timely, and in accordance with applicable government regulations.- Plan, coordinate and control the company's cash flow, especially the management of receivables and payable, thereby ensuring the availability of funds for company operations and sound financial condition.- Plan and coordinate the preparation of the company's budget, and control the use of the budget to ensure the effective and efficient use of funds in supporting the company's operational activities.- Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures, as well as control their implementation to ensure all financial processes and transactions run in an orderly and orderly manner, and reduce financial risk.- Coordinate and carry out financial planning and analysis to be able to provide input from the financial side for company leaders in making business decisions, both for investment needs, expansion, operations and other financial conditions.- Plan and consolidate corporate-wide taxation to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with tax regulations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree or above- At least 8 years related work and management experience- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.- Exceptional math skills.- Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.- High level of efficiency and accuracy.- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.- **Proficiency in English (speaking, writing and reading)**- **Good in Mandarin both verbally or written is aplus**- **Willing to be placed in Semarang**- Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles. - Exceptional math skills. - Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office. - High level of efficiency and accuracy. - Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data. - Proficiency in English (speaking, writing and reading) - Good in Mandarin both verbally or written is a plus - Willing to be placed in Semarang
