Research relevant industry experts or potential affiliates- Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme- Conduct demo/onboarding program with affiliates- Resolve affiliates' issues in regard to the programs- Maintaining close relationships with our affiliates- Oversee all affiliates' performance- Develop affiliate program strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume- Willing to work onsite in Medan- Freshgraduates are welcome- Strong written and spoken communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus point- Strong sales and negotiation skill- Result-oriented and have a good critical thinking skills- Effective reporting and presentation skills"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
