**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Lead and manage marketing campaigns and projects with excellent execution across relevant channels, including setting targets and budgets and tracking deliverables.- Dive deep into user levels, segments and groups to understand core issues and growth opportunities- Identify the segments to target and create action items for each segment- Create marketing plans based on data and business insights- Provide evaluation and recommendation in activity for further product growth.- Build team capabilities and develop them into solid marketing experts**REQUIREMENT**- Based in Medan- Must have at least 5 years relevant work experience in Product Marketing / Trade Marketing role, **preferably Forestry Product Business experience**:- Experienced in developing marketing plans and activities creatively.- Good market understanding; a "do whatever it takes" mindset to understand your market, customers and competition better than anyone, and be able to integrate this information into your marketing strategy- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to read data trends, able to draw conclusions and perform impact analysis- Proactive, high agility, think and execute fast to fit the competitive, multitasking environment.- High ownership and motivated individual with a can-do attitude- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Indonesian).- Proficiency with great sourcing and marketing skillsAbility to commute/relocate:- Medan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
