**Your Contribution**:- To assist creating training material in form of powerpoint and video as needed.- To assist in the implementation of training, both annual and additional training.\- To manage training attendance list and other supporting documents.- To manage training support documents to be uploaded in the CPRO (Compliance Pro) system.- To support training administration activities related to Training Center.- To create content for social media such as activity information, campaign, employee of the month and others.- To make sure the archive employees database is the same as the SAP system (e-filing).- To assist in the preparation and implementation of corporate events, especially with regard to Talent Management and Development Programs.- To assist in the implementation of employee surveys.- Make monthly reporting regarding with the routine to do's which is given by the direct superior.- To do another tasks instructed by direct superior.- To support activities related to the HRGA department's overall job function.**Your Profile**:- Bachelor's degree majoring in management, psychology, information technology/management, accounting, communication science.- Minimum 1 years in the related field.- Good knowledge of Labor Law.- Able to create weekly and monthly reports.- Good knowledge of the organization.- Good knowledge of training and development.- Able to communication fluent with english both oral or written.- Able to operate computer (e.g; Ms Office, and other editing supporting software).- Detail oriented, fast learner and organized, persistent and discipline.**Your Benefits**:Discover a special corporate culture where everyone has the opportunity to develop their entire potential.At SCHOTT, you can expect a unique corporate culture where we emphasize equity, diversity, and inclusion.
