• Minimum 5 years experience with 2 years experience in top 10 audit firm
• Demonstrated knowledge of Finance, accounting, budgeting, Auditing, taxation and internal control principles
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Good communication and learning skills.
• SAP system or others financial system skills
Job Responsibilities 1. communicate with the finance department manager and report the work, and assist the finance department manager to make the finance department work plan.
2. Review all kinds of vouchers and reimbursement documents to ensure the accuracy of financial data and the completeness and completeness of accounting data.
3. Assist to improve the internal control system and continuously integrate financial resources and operation processes to improve the overall coordination ability of the Finance Department.
4. Supervise and guide the accounting classification, and ensure that all kinds of vouchers are accurate, true and complete.
5. Supervise and review the filling of various journals, general ledgers and sub-ledgers.
6. Be responsible for the construction of the company's financial and accounting personnel team, and put forward the deployment, training and assessment opinions of subordinate personnel.
7. Be responsible for guiding the subordinate employees to formulate the stage work plan and supervise its implementation.
8. Provide financial support to employees of the company, and supervise, assist and communicate with other departments financially.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the Chief Financial Officer and the Finance Department Manager.
