Account Receivable Supervisor

As Account Receivable Supervsioryou will beresponsible to prepares Account Receivable Recap from night audit workand responsible for all charges and credits to the various accounts properly entered on a timely basis.Audits credit card charges, prepares them for transmittal and reconciles the accounts.Prepares city ledger for position bills after completion of postings, reconciles to control figures at least every ten days in addition to the last day of the month.Responsible for all travel agent commissions payable, properly entered and settled on a timely basis.

The successful candidate will meet the followingcriteria,

A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar

Previous finance experience in a similar role withinan accounts department

Strong organization skills and a good eye for detail

Analytical and problem solving skills

Computer literate including proficiency in commonlyused accounting systems

Good English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills (written and spoken)
