Account Manager (Area Jakarta)

Kewajiban- Generating leads.- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits- Develop new business with existing clients- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.- Understanding and promoting company programs.- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.- Maintaining client records.- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.Kualifikasi- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.- Experience in sales with minimum 1 year.- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.- A commitment to excellent customer service.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Airtable CRM ,etc) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: From Rp1 per month
