Account Executive

What the role is all about:

To develop and increase new agents membership with us and maintain good relationships with the customers (agents).

Knowing The Property Business

Maintain good and constant communication with agents and principals

Actively persuade agents to maximize usage of available features , such as instant brochure, personal website, agent testimonial, agent close up etc.

Response to customers complaints, inquiries, request, suggestions in an efficient and timely manner; and communicate to membership manager immediately

Ensure correct and updated information about agents are in records according to company standard (to include profile photo, correct phone number & email address, etc)

Communicate with agents who has a lot of offline listings to renew or post a new listings

Who are we looking for:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 3+ Year(s) of proven experience in sales

Having experience in Sales specifically in Media Industry is an advantage

Excellent communication skills, good negotiator and good presentation skill

Able to operate Internet and Microsoft Office

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
