Guest Relations Manager - Japanese Expatriate

Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and maintain a good relationship to guests within the Hotel, Apartment and Tenant. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.**Requirements**:- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)- More preferable for Japanese Expatriate- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management from a reputable school/university- 1 or 2 years experience in similar position- Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry- Strong market sense and results orientation- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws- Willing to be placed in Karawang
