Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for but not limited to preparing data forecasting, service levels, handling times, manpower calculations, and other operational reports.- Create and maintain hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts including the arrangement of agent's rosters as part of the manpower planning.- Conduct regular audits and identify anomalies in individual agents' performance.- Analyze trends of historical data from the dashboard and support the leadership team in creating reports on account performance reviews and other ad-hoc tasks.- Provide recommendations and implement improvements in data tracking and reporting.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.- Experience in data management and data analysis role will be an advantage.- Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable.- High attention to detail as the work requires very high accuracy.- Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English.- Good analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to support his/her arguments.- Comfortable working with tight deadlines.**Be Part of ATI Journey**:Our aim at ATI Business Group in working with our Clients is to support their continued growth by providing cost-effective technology and talented & scalable people resources on demand.ATI's singular focus on providing services to the travel and hospitality business communities across the globe has been a remarkably successful one.
