Responsibilities: Provide basic support (customer service, installation, diagnosis, network setup, and troubleshooting) for all desktop computer (PC and Mac) internal users, both in local and remote offices which may include different time zones. Setup computer network, regular network monitoring, and maintenance for local and remote offices within the region. Run and monitor weekly backup on Linux servers, and provide assistance to Lead Technical System Administrator role whenever necessary. Provide assistance to the I/S team, such as supply purchasing, updating the hardware/software database,network, etc. Specific Requirements: Both fresh graduates and candidates with experience are welcome to apply. Two years of formal college-level training in computer science or equivalent, experience in an environment in which basic proficiency in MS Windows and Office can be demonstrated. Excellent verbal and written communication in English are required. Basic proficiency in current versions of MS Windows, Mac OS, MS Office Professional, various Internet browsers, and Google Apps. A basic knowledge of Mac/PC desktop and laptop hardware is required. A basic knowledge of Computer Network is required. A basic knowledge of Linux and Command Line Interface would be an advantage.
