Web Developer

**Responsibilities**:- **Website Design**:- Conceptualize, design, and implement visually stunning and highly usable websites that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.- **User Experience (UX) Design**:- Conduct user research to understand target audiences and user needs.- Develop and enhance user journeys to optimize overall user experience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback into the design process.- **Responsive Design**:- Ensure that designs are responsive and compatible across various devices and platforms.- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in responsive design.- **Collaboration**:- Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.- Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to non-design stakeholders.- **Graphic Design**:- Create graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance website aesthetics.- Ensure that all design elements align with the overall visual identity of the brand.- **Testing and Optimization**:- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.- Optimize website performance and user engagement through iterative design enhancements.**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- HTML: 1 year (preferred)- Graphic Design: 1 year (preferred)- Web Design: 1 year (preferred)- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
