Warehouse Supervisor (Return & Refund)

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - BekasiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.- Set up overall warehouse division process and ensure to achieve KPI target- Oversee post sales and buyer experience (customer service, complain, return & refund process) in e-commerce- Oversee warehouse inventory management- Analyze, align and support buyer and seller's claim process to 3PL and insurance- Analyze, align and support auction, disposal and return process to supplier- Willing to be placed in Bekasi**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Experienced in post sales and buyer experience in e-commerce after sales- Strong in leadership, data analysis and improvements initiatives- Good communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners- Responsible to achieve KPI targets that aligned with company goals and objectives
