Warehouse Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

**Responsibilities**Responsible for managing people, processes and systems in a warehouse in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and that productivity targets are metDeveloping warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes and shippingContinuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as delivering continuous improvement initiativesDeveloping and maintaining SLA/KPIs to achieve warehouse goalsTraining and managing warehouse members to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsOverseeing daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory, inbound, outbound and logistics processProvide regular reports to capture operational issues and suggest initiatives to be solvedCommunicating and collaborating with other stakeholders e.g. sales, procurement, product team and etc and also customerAssisting all of the operation process related to the customer that handle**Requirements**:**5-10 years experience in supply chain/logistic management in the same level position, having 3PL company background is a must****Having experience in handling telecommunication products (e.g. antenna, parabola, microwave, etc)**Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processesFamiliar and understand with the concept of how WMS worksAdaptive and able to build logical and systematic approach to workAbility to lead and motivate the team to achieve desired goalGreat interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude- **Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is a must,**_**Able to speak English is a must****PS: Please submit your CV in bilingual, English - Mandarin**Ability to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- warehouse manager: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin fluently (required)- English (required)License/Certification:- driving license (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)- Night Shift (preferred)- Overnight Shift (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
