We are looking for passionate and outstanding individuals to join our team.**What will you do**:- Maintaining inbound, outbound, & inventory process in the warehouse- Organizing, coordinating, and supervising all subordinate task to fit with the company's SOP- Managing all resources for warehouse & transportation activity including people, vehicle, equipment, and warehouse's asset- Improving activity in the warehouse, including for forecasting- Overcoming warehouse problems, logistics system, and customer issues.- Making reports and analysis of warehouse performance- Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide staff feedback regarding strengths, areas for improvements and development opportunities- Enhance work environment to promote and drive employee engagement and team effectiveness- Helping in the set up layout processing & ensure efficient space utilization- Helping to ensure HSE Commitment for zero accident- Overcoming warehouse problems, logistics system, and customer issues.**What are the requirements**:- Bachelor degree in any major- Having experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/Warehouse at least 4 years- Clear understanding of logistic, warehouse, & inventory management.- Strong in data and customer facing- Having excellent skills in communication, leadership, analytical thinking & problem solving- Having good Ms Excel skills- Having good English- Having good understanding in Warehouse Management SystemVDDu0Mte3N
