Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and control daily output in warehouse to ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operationOverseeing the operation and escalating any issues found.Supervise and review the warehouse LSP performance (KPI)Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, and inventory managementCoordinate with other internal parties related to company or project requirements and implementation or execution of issue resolutionInvestigate cases/issues, from identifying rot causes to developing recommendations for solutions**Key Requirements**:Proficient in English (oral and written communication skillsExcel in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Highly motivated, energized, and can work under pressureGreat team orientation, excellent problem-solving skills & leadership qualitiesAbility to work with all levels of company staffWilling to take on business trip to other regionPreferred proficient in Chinese and proficiency with Supply Chain Management for warehouse managementGenderMale & FemaleMax.
