**Job Description Summary**:**Shipping & Receiving**- Searching for freight forwarder/transportation agent who will arrange the shipment Preparing shipping documents (Export, Import, Local Shipment & Farm-out Jobs such as Shipping Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order- Prepare Letter to Vendor for farm-out Jobs- Prepare Letter to Vendor which is stated that the vendor is ready to be audited as one of the Customs requirements- Input shipment data in the Customs System (using BC 2.3, BC 4.0, BC 3.0, PIB, PEB & PE Forms)- To arrange customs clearance in the Customs Office.- To send local permit letter to the Customs and waiting for their approval,- To arrange the Customs taxes payment- Request Customs for "SPPB"- Inform to the Customs if any incoming or outgoing shipments is due- Together with the Customs to check either incoming or outgoing shipment which has/have been reported to the Customs related with the filled data (BC 2.3, BC 4.0, BC 3.0, BC 4.1, BC 2.5 PIB, PEB, etc.)- Record the data in the customs file and the company's repository- Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing shipment- Monitor imported and exported spare part throughout the bonded zone present in the plant- Provide monthly report for both of incoming and outgoing shipment and deliver the report to the Customs- Provide quarterly report for both of incoming and outgoing shipment then deliver to the Customs- Provide annual report for both of incoming and outgoing shipment and then deliver to the Customs- Keep all shipping documents in order for ease of traceability (The Customs Audit will be done annually)- Liaise with the multiple departments internally and with the Customs Auditor and when the customs audit will be done.**Warehouse**- Handle material (segregation, protection and preservation) as required by operator- Control and record the daily of material request- Evaluate and make reporting of the material request- Implement safety programs and follow the safety regulations.- Keep and check the equipments for handling the material- Support PPIC activities with material planner Participate on lean AWO- Participate on EHS compliance.**Qualifications/Requirements**- Min. D3 Engineering or Technical High School (SMK),- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in customs & logistics activities,- Certified as Ahli Kepabeanan PPJK is a plus,- Familiar with Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) and its requirements,- Sound understanding of INCOTERMS 2020 and HS Code,- Capable to write a working report.**Desired Characteristics**- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill- Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change, ability to lead others throughcontinuous improvement- Ability to work across organizational lines- Good command in English, both written and oral- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)- Familiar with SAP ERP is a plus- Capable to write a working report- Willing to stay in Bandung"We are passionate about creating an inclusive work environment.
