Warehouse Clerk

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Requirements : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 3?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Product Inventory & Organization, English, Ms. Office
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support in Warehouse Management.

Key responsibilities will include but are no limited to :

Answering client queries promptly with positive resolution
Handling general customer enquiries
Liaising with internal departments, vendors and client
To support the effective operation of the warehouse including receipts of material goods
Handle all warehouse admin tasks including data entry
Providing administrative support to the Warehouse Supervisor
Maintain and apply the best practice for warehouse hygiene, safety and GMP
Support the maintenance of ?inventory levels in accordance with planned and or scheduled production requirements
Participate in Quality Control & food safety system by alert, request, action to prevent and control the non-conformities
Participate in all stock-takes as required including quarantine & damaged stock, where appropriate reconcile inventory discrepancies
