**VS Planning Manager****JOB PURPOSE**- Manage integrated end-to-end planning function: from FG planning, manufacturing schedule, materials, and capacity planning in Cimanggis site, including replenishment planning of FG to importing countries & local distributors, and material replenishment to the site- Manage inventory of FG and materials to ensure supply continuity at optimum level, as well as manage working capital for the site- Ensure implementation product launch activities, including NPI (New Product Introduction), material changes (TL API), minimizing write off impact- Ensure implementation of material master data governance, and optimum use of system (eg: SAP APO, MM, WM, PPDS)**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Lead & review analysis of forecast for local and export market as basis to create monthly supply planning and delivery plan. In addition is to optimize balancing production plan, both short and long term based on production capacity, customer request and inventory justification.- Lead regular supply and forecast meeting with CH Regional Supply Chain to align supply and demand for regular and new launch products to ensure timely FG arrival in the countries- Ensure sufficient capacity (include short, mid, and long-term) and lead capacity expansion calculation for future site investment- Managing inventory optimization & materials readiness to ensure efficient at the optimum level to achieve site target, as well as securing supply to production/packaging lines- Manage Supplier Management, build good relationship with suppliers and monitor their delivery & quality performance, and working closely with procurement to search alternative supplier for bottle neck material- Supervise the launch of the new products, both for roll out plan and new product products introduction process- Ensure good governance of product data management, including material master data creation and maintenance- Develop subordinate, in particular the talents, to grow further by continuous coaching and candid feedback processes.**WHO YOU ARE**- University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering- More than 12 years of relevant job experience preferable in HealthCare or FMCG sector- Fluent in Indonesia and English- Good interpersonal & coordination skill with strong analytical skill- Customer focus oriented- Computer skill (Excel, Power Point, SAP APO/MM/PPDS)**Application Period**:- 18 - 31 May 2023**Reference Code**:- 792826**Division**:- Consumer Health**Location**:- Indonesia : West Java : Cimanggis**Functional Area**:- Supply Chain Management**Position Grade**:- VS 1.3**Employment Type**:- Regular**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
