VP People will play an integral role in leading Evermos's people strategies and talent management efforts. As part of our Senior Leadership Team, VP People will play a key role in delivering on our overall business objectives in a fast paced, high growth, and nimble environment.In partnership with the People Team, VP People will lead compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance & talent management, employee experience, learning & development, culture and engagement, and office facilities.**Essential Duties**:- Lead, manage, supervise, mentor, and develop the People team. Set strategic direction, establish goals, and ensure accountability for results.- Work with business leaders to collaboratively execute on the long-term vision for key talent initiatives that consistently improve effectiveness and help us achieve our overall business goals.-- Drive future organizational design and change management initiatives to help maintain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team.-- Engage with business leaders to build and execute effective people programs and processes which will support the business.-- Execute long-range growth planning that impacts the engagement, performance, training, development, and retention of our workforce.-- Partner with leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs to deliver business objectives and support overall business goals.- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions in collaboration with the business. Design and oversee multiple, concurrent projects working collaboratively with teams in support of business objectives.**What You'll Need**- 10+ years of all HR functions experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership position. Proven track record in leading large HR teams, developing and implementing HR strategies, and driving business impact.- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.-- Strong executive presence with the proven ability to influence and drive organization, process and technology change, and change with leaders to align people's strategy with business goals and growth.-- Proven success in delivering high-impact people operations programs around performance management, culture, engagement and retention.-- Ability to persuade key stakeholders and advocate for HR solutions that support strategic objectives.-- Demonstrated ability to adjust HR strategies quickly in response to market shifts and organizational changes.-- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.- Strong team players willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, while thriving in a fast-paced work environment.- Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to members of the organization.
