They are a profitable and well established Crypto exchange platform in Indonesia with strong track record of providing secure and transparent transactions.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.- Build and manage a high-performance marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members to achieve their goals.- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, and to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.**Key Requirements**:- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.- Strong understanding of crypto industry and/or fintech industry, including knowledge of the regulatory environment and key players- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within departments.- Indonesian nationality is highly preferred due to specific regulatory requirements and local market knowledge.**Call for Action**:
