About the VP Marketing Role:
Reporting to CEO, you will develop and implement a marketing plan and strategy to increase overall metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase traffic and awareness
Oversee the branding and creative team
Design and review marketing budget
Manage and oversee PR strategies
Improve and monitor all marketing campaigns
Manage and prioritise marketing projects
Prepare regular reports and results to align with other departments
Conduct market research and analysis
Work closely with other departments to achieve company goals
Manage and expand partnerships to increase companies metrics

To succeed in this role you must have more than three years of experience in a leadership role with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Experience working in a fast-paced environment (ideally high growth phase digital startup) with more than eight years of work experience
Experience in marketing for B2C industry, handling both paid and organic marketing
Knowledge and experience with CRM, digital marketing tools and techniques
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communications skills
Strategic and critical thinker
