Isn't that beautiful?**Position Purpose**:To assist the Brand Manager in doing the Visual Design based on the Brand's Principal VM strategies and guidelines in a timely manner and accurate**Description of Duties**:- Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure the Visual Design are delivered in a timely manner and accurately based on brief and expectation- To prepare the Visual Design for a marketing promotional event- Updating the Visual Design for seasonal, promotional, and ad hoc activities- Ensure visual merchandising and promotional displays are prepared and set in an accurate and timely manner- Work closely with multiple brand teams to ensure close follow-up and coordination between them and third party vendors**Requirements**:Knowledge & Skills- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar software- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Exceptional creativity and innovation- Accuracy and attention to detail- Excellent time management and organizational skillsEducation & Experience- At least 2-3 years of experience as Visual Designer- Possess a strong passion for the beauty industry- Experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage
