With big dreams and a grand mission, we are looking for great like-minded people to join us - people who are as passionate, fearless and entrepreneurial.If you're looking for a dynamic, no corporate-BS environment to learn, grow, and really make an impact, we could be the perfect fit for you!**Responsibilities**:- Handle the video production and editing for stakeholder purposes.- Identify stakeholders' video requests thoroughly in order to deliver a video output that is able to accommodate user's needs.- Execute brief that gain high engagements in all medium- Content video production from raw to final including script, shoot, edit, color, and sound.- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to present a final product that matches the plan/campaign- Stay updated with current social media trends and creative marketing strategies, dotted line with marketing team.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Art/Design/Visual Communication Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent (must have at least 2 years experiences of videography and video editing, have experience in Digital Agency will be plus);- Required Skill: Rich and fluent experience in shooting, editing and have good knowledge of different kinds of editing tools, using combination of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator, Davinci Resolve;- Excellent in shooting video through DSLR and mirrorless;- Familiar with the arrangement of lighting and shadow in photographic scene (experience in directing will be highly considered);- Having a good sense of taking picture and knowledges of videography (have experience in editing Motion Graphic video);- Experience with agile processes and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;- Good communication skill in good attitude and hungry to learn something new and grow up skills.- Positive and proactive attitude to work effectively and collaboratively with other teams and departments;- Keeping up with the latest trends, and developments in art, design, creative, and digital landscapes;- Willing to work on our Head Office (Gading Serpong, Tangerang)
